Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an appointment a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. 50% of the treatment price will be charged for less than 48 hours notice. The full treatment price will be charged for a 'no-show'.

New Client, Group Bookings and Wedding Package Policy

Credit/debit card details will be required at the time of booking and in some cases a deposit will be requested. All deposit policies will be explained upon booking. For group bookings and packages - the deposit is 50% on booking and the remaining 50% 1 week prior to the first appointment. All deposits are non-refundable.

Gift Vouchers

Please provide your gift card number when making a booking with a gift voucher. Vouchers are redeemable against all beauty treatments and products. This does not include promotions or special offers. They are valid for twelve months and will NOT be accepted after this period.
